This dress is such fun. Black velvet from the 60s. Its that mod-meets-Juliet style with an empire waist and bell sleeves trimmed in gold. Wide scoop neck, metal zipper down the back. Pair this with knee high boots for a simple and super fun look. Label reads: none, home made. 

Excellent vintage condition. The nap of the velvet is a little flat in some spots but otherwise nothing to note.
